On arrival we had a pleasant and friendly greeting from the staff, social distancing was good and staff all wearing masks which made us feel safe, was explained in great detail about the matreess my father required for his needs after him having a stroke, our experience with bed of dreams was exceptional, we will definitely recommend to others, also would like to the thank the gentlemen that served us he was very very helpful and very thorough in explaining about the product. Arrived at the store not quite sure what we were after, all we knew was that we would like a softer mattress. Andy greeted us and asked if we would like some help, proceeding to offer the dream match service and then explain the results. After showing us the different options that would suit us best and explaining the differences between them we tried a few and found a winner. All whilst adhering to safety guidelines with the current pandemic. He helped us with payment queries quickly and we went on to order. We were greatful for the informed help and delighted to find it would arrive very quickly and they offer a service to collect and recycle your old mattress! Highly reccomend Dreams

This was the first time I had been to a Dreams store. I wasn’t 100%sure what kind of mattress I wanted. Donna’s knowledge was fantastic, and put me at ease choosing the right mattress. I have not bought a mattress in 14 + years. Before going into the store I was worried that I would be trying lots of mattresses and getting confused, or talked into buying a more expensive mattress, and going over the budget I had in mind. I was impressed with how clean the store was and how I made to feel safe with everything being sanitised after every use.

Rebecca in the Erdington store was amazing! Her product knowledge was second to none. Within the space of half an hour she had already made our minds up. So glad we had Rebecca on our side to help make our dream a reality. She is a credit to your company!!!!
