As soon as we walked in we were greeted and attended to by donna who was very professional and knowledgable put us on the test bed (didnt tuck me in)showed us products that were on offer and then escorted us around suitable products for our needs and explained all about them upon our decision to buy completed the order explained about delivery and was very good

Rebecca the sales assistant at the erdington store that I visited was so professional knowledgeable and eager to help me I came home and recommended Dreams and Rebecca to my daughter and she visited the store and bought a bed and mattress as well.
