As soon as we walked in we were greeted and attended to by donna who was very professional and knowledgable put us on the test bed (didnt tuck me in)showed us products that were on offer and then escorted us around suitable products for our needs and explained all about them upon our decision to buy completed the order explained about delivery and was very good

I visited your store with my daughter. Knowing vaguely what I wanted after a few minutes browsing I asked for assistance. This was immediately available. She quickly identified my needs and showed me a couple of beds that were ideal, the only problem was choosing the colour; we went to the help screen at the front of the store and she showed me what the bed would look like. I was very happy with that and we proceeded to place the order. The delivery date was understandably slightly longer than normal because of the Christmas period but I’m expecting it in mid January. Very pleased thank you.

Excellent service throughout and highly satisfied with the overall product so far, and I don't think I've ever truly been happy with mattresses I've had in the past but this one is truly excellent. Couldn't have picked this one out without the exceptional helpfulness of the staff member at Dreams.
