Was greeted straight away at the door by Claire. Claire had great product knowledge of the mattresses, and recommended 3 great choices, also in funding the right pillow, which I wasn't even shopping for. She was really helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her.

The staff member who helped me was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful, whilst also maintaining social distance, wearing a mask at all times and helping herself, myself and my father stay safe. Exceptional service. Superb.
