Donna explained clearly the health and safety guidelines. She listened to our requirements and explained how the sleep machine worked. After we had used it she explained the procedure and we were able to try a number of different mattresses. We appreciated having an appointment time at a quiet time in the shop. She was very helpful and positive throughout the visit and went through the insurance and delivery options thoroughly. We left feeling our needs had been more than met and look forward to receiving our new mattress. Thank you.

Less than 10 minutes in the store Assistant didnt bombard me with offers just asked what I was after and bed booked for delivery Very pleasant experience in store would go there again
