Welcomed into the store given safety guidelines on what to expect. Taken to our preferred style and then shown alternatives. Passed onto another worker who took us through mattresses and the sleep match. Gave us loads of choices to look at and try. Everyone was friendly, found all the information we needed and gave us enough time to think through without any pressure unlike other places. Came up with alternatives to help us. Was one of the best covid secure services we have received

As soon as we entered the store at tyburn island castle vale Birmingham the assistant Donna was very helpful and knowledgeable couldn’t do enough for us offered us drinks was a pleasure shopping at the store it was nice to speak to someone who knows what they are talking about
