Rebecca at the Erdington branch was fabulous. She listened to what we were looking for, set us up on the Sleep match machine and then showed us the range that was suitable/recommended. Her product knowledge was excellent, she was friendly, helpful and made us feel safe with all the measures she took due to Covid.
