The assistant Tracey was helpful and comical too so it was a pleasant visit to the store. She recommended the test for which mattress was the best for us and we found the right mattress very quickly . Overall we were very pleased with the service .

Rebecca was very polite and professional. She explained in great depth of the type of mattress we required. Great customer service. The only thing that we was disappointed with was the length of the deliver time that being of 8 weeks.
