The lady who served us in the shop was very knowledgeable able the products, happy to help us and didn't just encourage us to buy the most expensive product. She made me feel very welcome and at ease as soon as we walked through the door.

My overall experience with Dreams was exceptional. I actually had taken my Mom to buy several mattresses and actually bought a Tempur mattress plus 2 Tempur pillows myself! Both Tempur mattress & pillows were outstanding with amazing quality and comfort. I would definitely recommend Dreams and their staff who put us at complete ease& comfort. We were even offered a coffee or a cold drink. The process took no longer than 30 minutes & 15 of them were trying out all the mattresses! Really nice staff!!!
