5 star buying experience particularly due to the sales assistant Donna who was excellent from the moment we walked in the door through to completing our purchase. She is a credit to your company. Donna made it a very natural experience with her great personality and knowledge. Would highly recommend using Dreams at Erdington! From Luke and Josh (the twins).

The assistant Donna who helped us with choosing our new bed was fantastic, very friendly, knew a lot about the items we chose and took her time, didn’t feel rushed or pressured to buy anything.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, they really went the extra mile to make me feel happy and comfortable. They made sure the whole store followed social distancing and assisted me with every part of my purchase. I will 100% buy my next bed from Dreams because the quality of the service I recieved was truly exceptional
