5 star buying experience particularly due to the sales assistant Donna who was excellent from the moment we walked in the door through to completing our purchase. She is a credit to your company. Donna made it a very natural experience with her great personality and knowledge. Would highly recommend using Dreams at Erdington! From Luke and Josh (the twins).

Our assistant Clair was very up to date with everything, including covid regs. Understood exactly what we wanted , explained it all and the variations. 5* service from her.

The lady who looked after us and took our order was excellent. Attentive, listened to what we wanted, backed off and gave us space at the right time and then when ready helped us place the order and gave us what felt like was a good deal. We both commented afterwards on what a great purchasing experience experience it was.
