My wife and I were Highly Satisfied with our visit to Dreams because of the friendly nature of the staff and the experience we were given to try a bed that suited us. Even getting ourselves measured for a bed that might suit our needs. There was no pushing us into something we did not want. We were given time to make our mind up and the staff (Donna) was very professional.

Tracey was very pleasant and welcoming to our entire family. She made our 2 young children very comfortable whilst we were in store to the point our youngest was blowing kisses. Her product knowledge and points to think about while we were looking at different bed base options made choosing a base easier for us. Also she introduced us to the 0% finance which makes the purchase of our new bed less stressful as with a young family and me recently loosing my job/career we were thinking very carefully about how we could afford the bed we wanted.

As soon as we entered, we felt incredibly looked after, nothing was too much for Clair. She was very thourgh, she didn't rush us and was very attentive. The experience and knowledge she had was fantastic, I felt very much listened too as a customer, rather than someone who she needed a quick sale off. Constant smiles and very professional.

Tracey at the store in Erdington could not have been more professional and kind to my 88 year old mother. Nothing was too much trouble. Even brought down a mattress from the upper floor for my mother to try since she was unable to climb the stairs. Brilliant.
