The assistance felt very personal and made it very easy to communicate our needs. The employees were also super friendly and respected the social distance guidelines which made the experience feel very safe. The whole purchasing experience was quick and easy with no problems what so ever.

Great customer service Was able to use the sleep machine as I called it Mattress we bought was on sale Bed we saw online was good quality and easy to find instore Reasonable delivery time vs some retailers

when we entered shop we was greeted by Donna she listened to what we needed and best advised us. she didnt pressure us and let us have time on our own to discuss privately about what we wanted. she had vet good product knowledge and also made us feel welcome. she put us onto he sleep machine to see what bed best suited us. I thought both assistants in store that day went above and beyond to help us out buying a bed.
