when we entered shop we was greeted by Donna she listened to what we needed and best advised us. she didnt pressure us and let us have time on our own to discuss privately about what we wanted. she had vet good product knowledge and also made us feel welcome. she put us onto he sleep machine to see what bed best suited us. I thought both assistants in store that day went above and beyond to help us out buying a bed.
