Staff were really friendly and attentive. The original online offer mattress was Too soft for me when I tried it so the assistants walked round the store with Me recommending firmer mattresses that they thought I might like when I tried them. Their product knowledge was excellent and helped me find the perfect mattress for my taste and price point. The staff really are lovely and The whole process was efficient.

Systems were down so I couldn't place my order in the shop. I went home and the assistant phoned me where I placed and paid for my order via telephone
