Donna was amazing - so helpful and knew the products really well. Was honest and friendly. The test for a mattress to suit us was fun and really interesting - SleepMatch. Donna showed us how to use this and helped us get the right mattress, allowing us to try them all.

as soon as we entered the store was pleased to see numbers within the store were controlled and hand sanitisation available. We didn't have to wait long until Claire an extremely knowledgeable and helpful assistant helped us with our purchase. She spent time listening to what we needed and always suggested what she thought would suit us. We didn't feel pressure sales which made our experience very relaxed Would definitely recommend
