I came into the store looking for a bed for my brother who needed something that was supportive and strong. I explained our needs to Clair who recommended the products I purchased for my brother including the extra of insurance on the items to cover them to be repaired or replaced if needed and a free gift, which is very useful under the circumstances. I was very pleased how my party was treated in store and the measures in place due to COVID 19 were very satisfactory. We were able to try the products with a cover which again was very useful on the day. Clair was very professionally and answered any queries we had, my sister was interested in the same bed base with slides for her daughter and plans to come again soon. Thank you Dreams
