The shopping assistant Donna was very welcoming and made our shopping experience worthwhile. I have been struggling to find a suitable bed set but Donna's knowledge on the items we were after made it easier to make a choice. She was very patient and took her time with us. It was a good shopping experience and always is with Dreams shop. Other staff members were equally friendly and professional. You can never go wrong with Dreams beds.

At the castle vale store we were very satisfied with the way safety came first for our visit to the store as I have been shielded through all covid pandemic and this was only my second time out. Exceptional care and reassurance of safety and professionalism, along with excellent products knowledge was given by Becky whom used the mattress system to identify are mattress sleep requirements. Having identified are requirements we phoned a few days later and placed are order with Becky at the castle vale store even we live quite a distance from that store and there are others dream branches closer to us. Spoke to Andy as we arrived at the store, he was very knowledgable about the selection of beds in store and asked us to use the electronic bed to check which bed was most suitable for us, which we did, (very impressive). Andy then showed us the results and took us to the beds that were recommend. Great service order placed.

I went to my local Dreams store, got really good advice and assistance. I returned later that same day after consulting with the Mrs who couldn't be with me on my store visit. I placed my order as we where satisfied with the product that we had chosen and the help I recieved. Mr Alexander
