Your sales assistant Donna was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. She answered all our questions and queries she did not rush us and left us alone to discuss and think things through as we was spending a lot of money. Donna made us feel relaxed and comfortable. She showed us different options to try and gave us reassurance.

The lady who helped us find our perfect mattress was just lovely, she was so helpful and knew what she was talking about.She advised us of our best, most suitable options following the sleep test but did so without pressuring us. Perfect customer service. She also made sure we followed the rules for social distancing and used sheets etc.
