Tracey the manager was very knowledgeable about the products in the shop and made us feel at ease in the current climate.

We were highly satisfied with the care and service that Claire was able to offer. She showed us how to use the bed machine to match our sleep positions in order to look at the correct type of mattress for our needs. I have to say it was spot on even though I was a bit sceptical to begin with. We tried out a few mattresses but ended up buying the first one we tried out to the computer reading. We also had purchased a special pillow just to stop the husband having a tantrum saying he wanted the full sleep experience so this was his early Christmas present. I have to say overall it was a great experience we are still tittering to ourselves now. Not bad for a couple going out to purchase two mountain bikes a few shops down. If it wouldn't of been empty we never would of ended looking in dreams!!! Thanks for making our first trip out of lock down an experience we will never forget.
