Donna was particularly helpful from the moment we arrived in store, she encouraged us to try the sleepmatch screening which of course we did and were very impressed. She recommended a range of mattresses which she allowed us to try in line with covid guidelines. Throughout the entire experience she was very friendly and her product knowledge was excellent and helped us to choose the best bed and mattress for our home. Overall a friendly, pleasant and comfortable experience and we would recommend shopping at dreams.
