Friendly service from an assistant (Donna) who was well versed in the product and was quite happy to spend as much time with us as was required by us.

Donna was knowledgeable and guided us to the type of suitable bed. She asked questions about our existing bed to compare with the beds we trying. She did comparisons with non and suitable to indicate the benefits.

Clair the Sales Assistant was extremely helpful and friendly. She made me feel comfortable and at ease and under no pressure to purchase. I found the whole experience from being assessed on the 'magic' bed and then getting the option to pick a new pillow too. Would say I was highly satisfied with the whole experience as it was efficient too.
