Tracey was very knowledgable and helpful to my 85 year old mom, her patience was outstanding as my mother kept forgetting which mattress she preferred.

After our Sleepmatch test Clair then advised us of the beds which might be best for our sleep requirements. She then left us for a while to test the beds and then came back to ask us what we thought. She explained the various types of mattress we had tried and answered any questions we asked. All Covid 19 guidelines were in place but did not take away the personal service we received. We ordered our chosen mattress and were informed of the delivery date and left the store very happy.

After our Sleepmatch test Clair then advised us of the beds which might be best for our sleep requirements. She then left us for a while to test the beds and then came back to ask us what we thought. On entering the shop met at the door and informed where and how to use sanatising products so felt protected. Was shown and used the bed measuring service again felt protected by Andy who made sure the beds and pillow had the covers put on. He showed us the reading from the machine and he showed us the choice of appropriate beds. We made our choice and he was extremely helpful whilst doing the paperwork
