On entering the shop met at the door and informed where and how to use sanatising products so felt protected. Was shown and used the bed measuring service again felt protected by Andy who made sure the beds and pillow had the covers put on. He showed us the reading from the machine and he showed us the choice of appropriate beds. We made our choice and he was extremely helpful whilst doing the paperwork

Our first visit we were helped by Donna, a very nice lady who was very understanding of our needs, we were not rushed, we left with a quote, so much so we returned the following week and placed an order, Donna was not in that day so we were looked after by Lynne, another nice lady, both ladies were very attentive and clearly explained everything we asked. We placed our order and left the store very happy.
