Our assistant Donna was amazing. She had good knowledge of the products was very friendly and very helpful. She helped up pick the perfect bed. She should work there 365 days a year! 😉

Hi, I was over the moon at the professionalism and friendly way I was approached and assisted. My pet hate, is pushy sales people and I will walk away from this type of pressure even if I am interested in a product. I was helped by Tracey the Assistant Manager and she was fantastic. I thought I would not be able to have all the things I needed in a bed but Tracey talked me through everything and was able to deliver all my requirements. She was not pushy but gave me guidance for the right product for me and my specific back needs. I did end up with an expensive divan and a mattress that suited my needs. Tracey took her time as I need things explaining slowly to absorb. It did not seem like I was in the store very long as Tracey directed me to what I needed but I did test a few mattress's and did the bed test. I had already purchased previously a single bed and mattress from Dreams which I have been using temporary and that mattress had suited me so I decided to purchase it in the double bed that I will be using. Very pleasant experience with the safety measures being used and all the staff at Erdington were pleasant too. You need to keep staff like this as long as you can.
