She gave us the space on our own when we’d gone through the options which was appreciated, but was ready to help us again when we’d begun to narrow down our choices. Highly professional.

Matt Store Manager knowledge was very beneficial for us when choosing our bed, bed frame and headboard. Matt and other sales members were not constantly with us being annoying and intimidating, but were there if we had any questions. Any sales people who hover around me whilst looking, I would of walked out the store, this Dreams team acted appropriately. Thank you.

The lady (Michelle) who served us was lovely and helpful. She demonstrated knowledge and helped us understand the difference between products. She wasn't pushy and allowed us all the time we needed to make a decision.

our store assistant Emma was friendly ,approachable and explained everything I needed to know about buying a mattress. I initially only went in with my 9 year old as he wanted to looked at the television beds he had seen on the advert and talking to Emma about my current mattress situation she asked me if I wanted to be measured for the correct mattress. The whole time I didn’t feel obligated to buy something she simply explained the costs if I wanted to buy and explained other payment options. She was fantastic with my son who has autism understood that I would have to come back with my husband to decided whether we should go ahead, I had no second thoughts on whether I should return and purchase the mattress and no desire to compare prices. We did return and bought the matress and I will be happy for recommend Emma fo family and friends. 5 star experience well done rugby store well done Emma z

Good range of products to chose from. Staff were friendly, polite and informative. Equally no hard sales talk, allowed time to consider choice and were patient. Delivery staff were prompt, conscientious and careful. No complaints at all! Thank you
