Very prompt attendance when arrived at shop, politely asked to do Covid bits like hands etc. Placed on machine, shown options, not pushed towards most expensive was shown a full price range. In/out in about 20 mins. Delivery time was adhered to, friendly helpful guys, again maintaining full Covid protocol. Tonight will be my first nights sleep on new mattress so hoping will be wonderful.

Mark who served us at the Worthing store was fantastic. We'd already decided which bed we wanted from looking online, but Mark recommended we also try another. I'm so glad he took the time to do so because the other bed he had us try was perfect for us. We would have been disappointed if we'd just bought the bed we'd originally chosen online without trying it. Top marks for Mark!
