The Dreams advisor was very friendly, she offered to do a sleep analysis for us and clearly explained the results and the various options available to us. She gave us lots of opportunities to try the different beds and was transparent about costs and availability, without being 'pushy' about us needing to place and order there and the and allowed us to conduct the pace of our decision. She knew the products well and was just a pleasure to do business with. The selection of beds was good, if not as extensive as I had expected, and everything was clearly explained to us.

Went into the Worthing branch looking for a new bed frame, and was torn between two designs. A member of staff approached and asked if I needed help, and we discussed the two different models I was interested in. He was knowledgeable about the range of products available and the prices, and placed my order quickly when I’d made a decision. Customer service was brilliant, would definitely go back

Because l had time to browse at mattresses. I was asked what l was looking for. Put on the dreams bed to find my suitable mattress. Located it in store and tested. Did the necessary paper work and that was it. The sales assistant was very polite and precise.

We bought our last bed from Dreams so know how good they are. You are not rushed or followed round the store. I think buying a bed is really difficult and the last thing you need is someone hovering rushing you. The staff were very good and knowledgable and were there when you needed them. We were helped by Mark who was so good. Answering all our questions explaining the differences in the mattresses. Excellent customer service.
