First time visited this store for a mattress and very satisfied with helpful staff member, not pushy like some stores, very knowledgeable of the products we were looking at and helped make our minds up on final choice of product by showing pro's and con's between the two choices which made it easy to finally decide. Pleasant and friendly handling of finalising the order with clear details of picking up old mattress and delivery of new item. Time of delivery was on time within specified schedule and driver and mate were friendly and courteous to us and would recommend to others

Mark at the Worthing store had exactly the right approach in that he was available and helpful without being intrusive. He was very knowledgeable about the range of products available and listened carefully to our requirements in order to help us select the right product. We were impressed by the sleepmatch through which we were guided effectively and helpfully. The store was set out well and we felt comfortable to try the out the beds.

I could not have had more help in choosing a new mattress as I didn’t know where to start. The assistant was so helpful and not at all pushy. He showed me how to choose a mattress and left me with a cup of tea while I tried the mattresses. I was able to make my choice easily.

The young sales lady, Chloe was extremely helpful, had excellent product knowledge and was really efficient. We had looked in this store and others a week prior to purchasing and it was the personality, knowledge and helpful advice from Chloe that brought us back to this store to make our purchase rather than any of the other local bed retailers.

From the moment we walked into the store we were welcomed in and made to feel relaxed. We were not sure what we were looking for in a mattress and Chloe, the assistant, explained what we were looking at and told us all about the different products and after offering tea and coffee then walked us through the dreams mattress finder machine which helped us narrow our selection. She showed us all the different products and left us to browse after ensuring we were aware of the pillow selection but while we were browsing, Chloe carried on finding us other products that would suit our needs. Brilliant customer services with a good knowledge.
