Very impressed with the help and advice we were given and the friendliness of the lady who dealt with our order

Chloe was extremely helpful, polite and patient. We weren't looking forward to selecting a new mattress but it was a fairly straightforward experience with the help of Chloe which was much appreciated.

Trevor at Dreams in Worthing was very helpful and knowledgeable about the Tempur mattress I was interested in. He knew the product extremely well and was very patient in allowing plenty of time for me to lie on the mattresses. Tea and coffee was on offer too! Definitely highly satisfied with the service given.

Salesman was helpful in what I needed but wasn't pushy

Sales assistant was knowledgeable and helpful and understood my needs without trying to sell me something i didn't ask for.

Due to sale offers, the products we were looking for came just within our budget and although we could not see the bed in store, we felt reassured by the sales person (Trevor) that it was of high quality and we would not be disappointed. The free extras were a pleasant bonus.
