Firstly Trevor was on his own, dealing with another customer, but didn't wait long for his assistance

Knew what I wanted but could not remember the exact mattress so asked the guy to look on computer at the one I bought 3 weeks earlier as I wanted another the same,he promptly found the one i wanted a d we took it with us so no delivery required have always found dreams goods satisfactory that is why we come back

Mark was fantastic, he seemed to have great knowledge and explained all options

Highly recommend the Worthing store because of the friendly staff and the knowledge of the products that they sell refreshments where offered and we were not pestered to buy something we didn’t want it’s a 10/10 for the staff at Worthing.

I was given full attention . I was provided with detailed information including discounts. I felt like Mark the assistant actually cared that I got the right products

Standard and approach was unhurried, not over the top, no hard sell, just informative, knowledgable and knew when to leave us alone to discuss our needs! Lot's of info for our individual needs with regard to purchasing pillows aswell as a gel mattress. Great service! Thanks Oliver

This was my third visit to Dreams in Worthing, to research, double-check with my daughter & then purchase a divan base & headboard. On each occasion I saw a different sales assistant, all of whom were very helpful, friendly & knowledgeable. Delivery was offered for the following week, which I was unable to accept as it was sooner than expected! Very impressive in every aspect, would certainly use Dreams for any future needs.
