Good customer service i just showed the paper i had as we researched online and they found the item straight away then explained that it came in 4 colors and showed me.

Greeted when entering the store and then approached after a few minutes of looking round to ask if we needed any help. Very friendly and helpful!

Everything about my visit was a very good experience, the staff were very friendly and helpful and no pressure was made to purchase and when I had tried out several mattresses and selected one to replace my present Dreams mattress the salesman was very efficient and all the staff were polite and pleasant to deal with.
