No question we asked was to much trouble, all done with politeness, we thanked Chloe (i think it was her name ) We said what a pleasure it was to have such a lovely person to serve us. She was everything you could ask for when needing that extra bit of help.

Clean shop, beds well displayed. When we got a sales assistant he was very helpful and not pushy in any way. we got all the information we needed. Went to bed store next door and were not impressed at all. came back to your store and ordered one bed and mattress and another mattress, all without fuss and attention to detail re processing order. we would highly recommend your store and staff.

The staff were very friendly, they gave us information and left us to make a decision. There was no pressure.

I visited my local store because there was a long wait for delivery when placed online. I received help and advice from the staff member and was able to select a delivery date to suit my needs. I had a better price in store and a choice of mattresses. The only downside is that the bed I purchased was not available to see in store - this was not a major concern as the bed is for a spare room although I cannot comment on quality of the product
