I had visited a variety of stores and online shops so had various experiences to draw on for my purchase at Dreams.

Very good, friendly and professional customer service offer by a Mark today. He welcomed us and offer some drinks. Was very helpful while we were looking for our new mattress he advised us and was trying to recomend the product that will suits to our needs. Was showing really good product knowledge.

Excellent service and very helpful employee. Also the bed, mattress and headboard were the best value compared to other bed stores.

the assistant understood my request and showed me straight to the product. He then looked it up online as I mentioned I had seen it there? helped me arrange the delivery and was quick helpful and able to listen.. excellent service.

Chloe at the Worthing, West Sussex store was so very attentive and helpful, but not over-bearing. She was very efficient at pricing and explaining the screen listings and invoice. She was clear about what else could be offered E.g. Insurance but not pushy. She also was responsive to my request for help in affording sheets. Offered a free sheet so I met her half way and purchased a second, which brought the cost for two closer to what I was prepared to pay. A little detail but handled beautifully by her never making me feel 'pushy' although obviously I was!! Nice coffee!
