Mark at the Worthing Branch was extremely knowledgable and helpful. He gave us trustworthy information as well as time alone to consider our options. He was brilliant.

Trevor served us at the Worthing Dreams Store, and he was great, did not apply any sales pleasure, was knowledgeable, approachable, and recognised us when we came back after viewing beds to place our order. He was quick, flexible, and efficient in placing our order. Great member of the Dreams team.

We found the member of staff to be very polite, professional and patient. His customer service skills were exceptional from the moment we entered the shop. He didn’t rush my mum who has a disability. He remained patient with her at all times even when she asked the same question a few times or when she forgot what he had said or adviced her on what mattress was best for her and her needs but also taking into account whether it was comfortable for her My mum was also very happy to be offered a cup of tea whilst looking at beds and mattresses and thought this was very good customer service.

I needed a new mattress and was directed to the range the advisor thought suitable for my needs. I wasn't pressured during the process and made my decision in my own time.

The salesman I dealt with was very helpful. He was not at all pushy and he knew his product knowledge. He spent quite a bit of time with me and I did not feel under any pressure to purchase anything even though I did. The coffee was fantastic too!!
