Our mattress order was quickly and efficiently deelte with Including a free coffee. Staff. Very pleasant and helpful through out our visit.

Very nice assistant (Chloe) served us, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

The salesman, Mark Cullen, was very knowledgeable and friendly. He gave us good advice on the product, delivery & finance options.

The store was busy but l was elcomed almost immediately upon entering the store . My visit was in response to TV advertising the sale. I outlined the mattress size and quality that l required and quickly was shown the quality of product that l was seeking. The assistant was very knowledgable and attentive and showed me options. Upon selecting a mattress he mentioned pillows and was very helpful in my selection. Placing the order, payment and arranging suitable delivery date was quick and well handled.

Chloe was excellent, extremely helpful, lovely and friendly to myself and my 2 young children. Understood my needs and the need for a speedy delivery. Great value bed, and very happy with free mattress protector and 40 night trial.

We were told which mattresses and pillows would be suitable for us and the differences between them. This meant that we did not have to waste any time trying unsuitable products.

mark helped us buy our main king size bed November 2017 and as such we had been wanting to update our spare bed and so knew we only needed to return to Dreams Worthing town centre as Mark and all of his colleagues are all extremely welcoming, helpful, patient. We would never buy anywhere else!!!
