Mark was very helpful and friendly, got me to buy a pillow to go with my new mattress too. Chloe made me nice cup of tea whilst my details were being taken. Never been so easy to go and buy exactly what I was looking for at such a good price. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. This was the Worthing store btw.

Guy was very attentive to our needs and didn’t time to understand our needs. He made the deal work price wise and generously gave us pillows - it’s that sort of treatment the will give you business over the competitors who neighbour your store in worthing.

Very friendly staff

When entering the store and starting looking around I was welcomed in and once staff member saw I needed assistance approach and helped with all of my questions. The staff member Chloe of Worthing branch took time to explain and answers my questions fully and provided excellent product knowledge. I saw offered to test out the bed and allowed time to look around and see what was best for me. Once I decided on which bed and mattress was the best I was offered a drink and talked through order process once again Chloe explained everything and listened to my needs. She offered other products including pillow. I highly satisfied with service Chloe provided and would recommend this store to friends and family. The layout of store was excellent as well and good to navigate around and I liked the choice of colour coding system.

The assistant was friendly and helpful and made us feel comfortable. We found what we wanted at what we thought was a reasonable price and the choice available was clear. We actually bought more items than we had planned because we thought they were good value. The sale and organisation of delivery did not take long.
