A warm friendly greeting when we entered store, sales asssitant Mark introduced himself and showed us a range of mattresses which met our criteria, then encouraged us to experience them; asked if we would like to try various pillows to enhance the experience then left us to try the mattresses and offered us a cup of well made tea, a truly relaxed experience thank you Dreams for a fantastic customer experience.

Excellent choice of products, clearly labelled and prices. We had the opportunity to lie on the beds and try them out. Helpful and knowledgeable staff who gave us space to talk and try out the different mattresses.

Good old fashioned customer service at its best

We were offered assistance shortly after entering the store. We explained what we were looking for. The assistant quickly understood and explained some options to us and showed us examples. She pointed out their pros and cons, which was helpful to us. She did not try to sell us things we did not need. She advised us of availability, which was slightly longer than expected but still satisfactory. She was friendly and efficient, and the transaction was done without any fuss.
