An all round good service, although i made a purchase my aim was looking to replace my current bed, i was offered a coffee (nice touch) and looked after by the store manager who explained the lay out and even gave me a pillow to try with the beds, never been offered that before! professional staff and very friendly, will return with my girlfriend to look some more! good work.

Mark the assistant was very knowledgable on the products he was selling so this enabled us to concentrate on the right product for our needs

Trevor provided a friendly service and was knowledgable. All questions raised were addressed and verified against the contract I later signed. He told me the information I wanted to know and wasn't pushy.

We were assisted by Trevor who from the moment we walked into the store to the moment we walked out could not have been any more helpful, assisted us at the beginning, gave us time alone and then helped us with the items we brought, at no time pressuring us into anything but offering the exact perfect level of customer service. Would 100% say he should be awarded for his professionalism and we will be back again.

I came to Dreams specifically looking to try the Eve Mattress as we were on our way to Brighton, had googled where it is being sold, and Dreams came up. Just after entering the store, we were politely asked (and it was not pushy) if we needed any help and were then taken to the one on display which was exactly what we were looking for. The assistant then answered all of our questions and the price was very good as it was on sale.
