Dreams - Worthing

Trevor was with another customer at the time but she was asking about the same bed as i was interested in. I asked a couple of questions about the bed whist he was still with her and she was interested too. She left about a minute later and Trevor helped me. I wanted a king sized, pocket sprung, NON memory foam divan. He told me the one i was looking at was the cheapest. I asked about the next one up and he told me about the one i eventually purchased. He told me the difference between them (one was synthetic inside and the other natural), and told me that the natural one would retain the cushioning longer. He said if i was concerned he could always sell me the guarantee but I decided to take the more expensive. He was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Our experience at Dreams today was excellent. The staff member, Chloe was polite, friendly, courteous, patient and professional. She knew a great deal about the products and was able to make recommendations without forcing a hard sale. Both my wife and I thought that Chloe was the ideal sales representative. The finance and T&C's were fully explained to us and any questions or queries were answered within a timely fashion.
