Fantastic customer service. Not too pushy but around if we needed help. Good knowledge of products and what we were looking for.

assistant very helpful with the most suitable mattresses and how to tell the firmness but didn't hover as we tried various different ones.

Mark in Worthing store was extremely helpful, he gave us appropriate advice allowing us time to consider different options but checking back with us for and further questions. He was knowledgable on various products and helped us decide on products that suited our new home.

The information I was given was exactly was what I was looking for and the agent was not too pushy and didn’t try and sell me the most expensive item. The credit process was quick and easy and the whole transaction was over in about 20 minutes. I will definitely recommend Dreams going forward.

we liked a nightstand we saw on display and asked if it was available in a different colour and we were told it was. upon ordering in the store at Farnborough we were told they no longer produced the stand in the colour and size we wanted. however this was not the end of our quest, instead of simply and easily apologising and saying its no longer produced and there's none in stock the staff offered to try to find some for us from other stores display models. a few hours later we received a phone call to say if we were happy to wait for 3 days and accept the stores word the units were in good condition the units could be collected from other stores and delivered to us. we paid over the phone then and a few days later the units arrived in great condition. the staff were incredibly friendly and could have easily avoided hassle and told us there was no chance of getting the units (as in relation to beds they were relatively cheap) but instead they worked hard to please the customer. my wife and I were incredibly impressed by the service, the standard and the quality of the goods. excellent stuff all round. thank you :)

The salesman, Mark, of Dreams in Worthing was friendly and knowledgeable. He listened to my needs and explained the offers available. I was greeted as soon as we entered the store, and offered a drink. He wasn’t at all pushy. He was able to offer the delivery date I asked for and I left the store confident I have made the right choice.

Mark was super helpful, friendly and efficient - he made mattress shopping easy and considerably less awkward than in the other shops I visited! Dreams also had the most comfortable mattresses. Quick delivery too.

The matress I ordered was not in stock in the store, but my son's matress had collapsed that day, so I really needed one. Martin called the Worthing store and found they did have the matress, and arranged for them to hold it for me, so I paid in store, then drove to Worthing to collect it so my son could have a matress that day. Martin's help was excellent. The staff at the Worthing store were polite and said my name as soon as I walked in.
