Chloe was well informed and very helpful. She did not give me the 'hard sell' and identified what I required quickly and efficiently. I at no point felt rushed or pressured. A refreshingly relaxed experience.

The manager was very knowledgeable and relayed information very well The store atmosphere was very friendly and we felt very comfortable and did feel pushed to buy which seems to be happening in many stores today

Was greeted on arrival in the store and then was able to have a wander round looking at mattresses. Then Mark and introduced himself and asked me what I was looking for. He then showed me all the mattresses and let me test them with no pressure. He was very helpful and informative.
