From entering the store to trying every bed with the superb help and advice we recieved it did not take long to make our decision. The assistant was first class and did not pressure us at all which makes a nice change. On deciding our purchase we sat down and we were given a great amount of advice and help with the paperwork etc.A dream experince.

Everything went very smoothly,staff were very attentive and make my purchase quick and easygoing. Nothing was too much trouble.

We found Mark very attentive and helpful with a good sense of humour. He gave us a very warm welcome and made us feel valued. His female assistant was also very cheerful and friendly. A very pleasant shopping trip.

The service received in store was second to none. He was amazing. There were two other bed stores on the same room and he was the most engaging, who listened and helped and wasn’t the hard sell. It was very easy to do business with and made everything simple. Taking my beds away was such an added bonus

Staff were friendly and chatty. I also upgraded from a 4” to a 4.6” bed and the staff were most helpful.

Mark was extremely helpful and gave us clear information about the mattresses. We had plenty of time to try the products and he gave us the space to try and discuss them at our own pace while also being available if we needed any help.
