Having purchased from Dreams twice before I once again found the salesman very attentive to my needs, informative and knowledgeable. I was made to feel welcome with a cup of tea and he helped me choose even the linen I would need for the bed of my choice. Delivery was arranged exactly when I wanted it too so the whole experience was as before excellent.

Mark [ dream boy ! ] Welcomed me in a professional ,friendly manner.Listened to my requirements and accompanied me whilst I tried several mattresses.He explained clearly differences between them.I was offered a drink ,and two free pillows to suit me.Having made my choice of mattress, arranging delivery date of my choosing,I paid by card.Throughout the transaction,Mark couldn't have been more affable and helpful .I shall certainly recommend Dreams to my family and friends. we visited several different stores to look at options for buying our new bed. although the prices for the type of bed we looking for were similar, the knowledge Chloe had to explain the range of options of beds and mattresses made us feel confident that we were buying the bed that would suit us best.

The staff were so friendly, informative and so attentive. They helped me decide what would be the best bed for my needs.
