Dreams - Worthing

Mark was extremely helpful, he offered us coffee and explained the various mattresses in great details. We decided on a matress very quickly after speaking to him and the whole process was over within about 15 minutes, Very easy and painless.

When we went into the store we were approached by a friendly young man who offered assistance. We explained what we were looking for and he showed us around the showroom pointing out the merits and benefits of various mattress types and beds. Mean while offering us a cup of tea or coffee to help us relax and enjoy trying out the beds. We were even offered additional pillows so that when we tried the beds we were in our normal sleeping positions.

Three months ago my Grand Mother was not sleeping great. not only because she needed a new mattress, but because she was terrified of the idea of shopping for one. I brought her to your store in Worthing and came to support her. Chloe did an exceptional job looking after Jean and without that level of service I doubt we would of purchased. Chloe was approachable, kind and attentive, not at all pushy and kept it simple for my Gran. After our visit Jean mentioned that she felt safe and made the right choice in going to dreams, Chloe also followed up with my Gran to make sure that the delivery had gone smoothly... it is worth noting whilst Jean was being looked after by Chloe I was fighting the urge to jump on the beds and pretend that the floor was lava. Joking aside it was due to this level of service that I returned today. I have been considering getting a new mattress for a while now and it was due to the experience of our last visit that I came straight to your Worthing store and purchased on the day. I received great friendly service and whilst I nearly didn't make it to the shop due to forgetting the clocks changing, I was able to make a quick smooth purchase. Max aged 24

the sales assistant Mark was really nice and friendly and very helpful as my partner is disabled he offered a chair to sit on straight away. he really put you at ease.
