The store was tidy and I was able to identify the type of bed I wanted quite quickly. The gentleman that helped was very friendly and relaxed and help me identify the right type of mattress for my needs. I was offered a hot drink and was guided through the computer process very clearly regarding my purchase. Overall a very friendly and helpful sales assistant. I was happy with the service.

I had the fortunate opportunity to meet Trevor who had a fantastic manner, ideal for dealing with the public and this was backed up with the knowledge of the specific mattress I was enquiring about. His time was my time and whilst I was trying the bed, he kindly served a lovely cup of tea. He explained all the paperwork in an easy understanding manner and I was fully aware of the process of delivery etc of my sale. He told me about Pillow Talk and gave me a validation code of 076 to enter the monthly draw. He also discussed the pillows available and mattress protector. I purchased one and will consider a pillow at a later date. He is a real credit to your company, an employee who needs looking after. I would definitely seek him out as and when I use the store again.

Husband uses wheelchair and has fulltime care from myself. Staff member (Mark) particularly welcoming and put us at our ease as my husband is severely disabled. Warmly greeted and Mark remembered me from when I'd phoned the week before to ask about parking and lift for wheelchair. No pressure to buy, coffee offered as I arrived (much needed by me!). Came out of shop to ask if could be of assistance getting wheelchair in car, opening door etc. Explained things clearly about the beds I was interested in. Offered extra pillows for me to try out mattress. Left me alone to consider which of 4 divans/mattresses I would buy. I'd explained I had to buy a bed that day, as difficult for me to go shopping, as I care for my husband. A relaxing and non-pressurized experienced.

Because the staff were extremely helpful, they showed us and were able to tell us everything that we wanted to know. The staff came over very friendly and polite to us.
