Because the person took time to listen to what I wanted gave me good advice on what was suited to my needs. So very helpful and a great credit to the company, made me feel so welcomed to the store.

We were made to feel very welcome with offers of tea or coffee. Although we took quite awhile to decided on mattress nothing was too much trouble for the salesman to explain the differences, and recommending which ones would meet with our needs. I would certainly recommend this store to friends.

From the moment we walked through the door, we were given time and space to explore our bedding needs. The staff (Chloe) was helpful and friendly. She didn't overpower or pressure us into making a significant purchase. We were very impressed.

I was looking for a reasonably priced double bed and the notices at the end of each bed in store were easy to understand. Trevor helped me by showing me the different colours I could choose from and explained the different credit options. He was very helpfully and the store was laid out for easy looking.

We were welcomed to the store and were asked if we wanted help. The assistant listened explained the colour coding to us. We were given honest opinions to our questions. We were even asked if we wanted tea or coffee. The assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful.

We were made to feel very welcome from the moment we walked in the shop as we were greeted and told that assistance was available if we needed it. We were left to have a look around for a while and then Trevor came over to see if we were ready, not once did we feel pressured into buying anything. Trevor gave my husband a cup of tea and explained the different mattresses that were available and listened to what we were looking for. Then he took us through the ordering and delivery process. All in all we were very satisfied with the service.
