The advice was prompt and professional plus questions being answered satisfactorily.

The salesman was very patient and not over bearing. He gave us plenty of time to think in private and was not at all pushy like some places. This is the fourth bed I’ve now bought from this star and I have always been extremely impressed with the service. This particular sales man sold me the last bed and was as good then as he was this time round. My girlfriend enjoyed the latte as well. Thanks Dreams. We will be back again.

Friendly staff , Trevor couldn’t have been more helpful even though it had gone 6 pm on a sat , knowledge was good for the product we were after .

Upon entering the Worthing Dreams store we was greeted by Chazz, an extremely friendly and welcoming sales assistant. She took the time to listen to our needs and even offered us coffee! Whilst being incredibly informative about The products, Chazz also gave us time to browse alone. Once we made our decision, Chazz then went through the delivery options and even told us about the recycling service which of course we took full advantage of. Cheerfully greeted by Mark on entering store and was immediately shown the product I was interested in, having seen it in your brochure. The construction and choice of colour was explained to me and I was able to make a decision to purchase on the spot. The delivery dates offered were satisfactory and I left the store very pleased.
