The shop was inviting, and bright, the staff member gave us time to look ourselves, and then only came to see us after we asked. Then he was pleasantly helpful without being pushy, describing the different types of mattress to us, then leaving us to try them out and decide. If all sales assistants would act like him, what a great place shops would be!

The salesman was very knowledgeable and didn't pressure us at all

Mark was a model employee, with good knowledge of the products available and he connected with us at a personal level. He answered our questions clearly and was very helpful.

We were looking for a new mattress. The options were discussed and explained clearly.

Chazz, our assistant, greeted us and took time to understand what we wanted. She was friendly and polite. Her expert advice saved us a lot of time looking around and quickly led us to draw up a short list of suitable costed options. We wanted to check the competitive offers elsewhere and she advised that Dreams would match a quoted lower price for a comparable specification bed/mattress. When we returned later with a lower offer from a competitor she was as good as her word and after some internal consultation we agreed a very acceptable deal.

Chloe the sales assistant was very knowledgeable, approachable and friendly.

We were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Chazz explained the mattresses very well and offered relevant advise. The service was excellent!

Chloe was so friendly and knew what she was talking about. She gave us space to make our own minds up and made sure we had coffee and checked back on us from time to time. She made it easy to decide what we needed.
