Dreams - Worthing

The sales person in the Worthing store was amazing. Having already helped my Nan in store on a separate occasion, I decided to buy from Dreams and happened to speak to the same man on the phone and he was wonderful- polite, helpful, knowledgeable and gave us free collection of our old mattress which online was quoted at £40. Definitely converted me to using the store not shopping online!

We visited various bed shops over the course of 3 days and the reason we made our purchase in Dreams Worthing was because of the outstanding service of the salesman that we dealt with .

I got what I came in for without too much fuss!

The sales person Trevor was courteous and answered all of our questions clearly. Offered us tea and coffee and showed us around the showroom. He was very knowledgeable about the products.

Mark was really friendly and professional. He understood straight away what I was after and showed me all the mattresses that he felt I would like. He explained all the colour codes and offered me a drink. He offered sensible advice and gave me time to bounce on all the mattresses so that I found the right one for me. Ordering was simple and quick. I explained that I didn't want the bed delivered until the first week in December and he said once the bed was in the warehouse I would be contacted to arrange a date for delivery.
